Traffic Data and Usage Analytics

We reserve the right to gather certain generic information with respect to the use of Our Website, such as the number of unique visitors, the frequency with which they visit, and the commonly accessed areas of the Website.

We may also provide statistical “ratings” about how Our members collectively use the Website to Providers, advertisers, sponsors, affiliates, and other companies with which We do business (“Partners”). We do this so they, too, can understand how often people use their areas of the Website in order for them to provide You with the best possible experience. These statistical ratings do not contain any personally identifiable information about You or any of our members.

We may collect and analyse traffic on the Website by keeping track of the IP addresses of our visitors. IP addresses are unique numeric identifiers that are assigned to each computer browser accessing the Internet. An IP address, by itself, cannot be used to identify You.

We may store all Traffic Data and review postings indefinitely, even after “deletion,” and may archive this information elsewhere. We may store all information until You request that We modify or delete it, in which case We may still retain certain information for the reasons described in this Privacy Policy or in Our Terms of Use.

We may use “cookies” on the Website. Cookies are pieces of information or data sent to Your browser from a web server and stored on Your computer’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes, and to improve the Website experience. Cookies do not allow our Website to gain access to other information on Your computer. Please note that You may not be able to use certain features on Our Website if You choose not to accept cookies. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of You to enhance Your experience on Our Website.

We may use third party website analytics services in connection with Our Website, for example, to record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity, as well as any text that You type into the Website.  These analytical tools do not collect personal information that You do not voluntarily enter into Our Website.  These services do not track Your browsing habits across websites which do not use their services. The recordings will never identify You or Your account; they only record anonymous user information.

We may share Your unidentified information with third parties to enable them to run statistical research on individual or aggregate health, fitness or nutrition trends.

Third Party Websites

Our Website may contain links to third party websites to which We have no affiliation. We do not share Your personal information with those websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy only covers Our Website. Additionally, We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of information presented on other third party websites. Should You decide to visit one of these third party websites, We suggest that You read their privacy policy.

You may choose not to provide us with any personal information.  In such an event, You can still access the Website and use some of the Services; however You may not be able to access and use certain key features of the Website that require registration.

If You do not wish to receive such communications, You can send an e-mail to info@everheal.com.au and You will be removed from the list.

You acknowledge and agree that We may disclose information You provide if required to do so by law, at the request of a third party, or if We, in our sole discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonable to:

(a) comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any legal process (whether or not such disclosure is required by applicable law);
