I was diagnosed with MS in 2005. After intermittently struggling with numerous debilitating symptoms for 14 years, I had to resign from my corporate job in 2018, due to crippling fatigue & debilitating brain fog, whereby I had spent 10 months in a depressed and zombie-like state, thinking “this is how I’m going to die”. I knew that if I didn’t change something and work out how to get better, this would be as good as my life would ever be. I decided to completely change my diet after reading the case study of Dr Terry Wahls ( As I was not able to work, I spent many hours everyday, cooking and eating foods that would help to support proper body function. It was incredibly hard and there were many times that I wanted to give up. But I was determined to stick with it. After 3 months, I was absolutely AMAZED by what happened - my brain function returned! I had energy; and my anxiety and depression had disappeared!
